We use elements from the “Co-Active Coaching” model where we encourage and utilize the active and collaborative participation of both the coach and the client. 

The sessions are interactive and include practical, real-life examples and tips for each of the subjects, to assist with clients’ ability to understand, master, and implement them.

  • System Wide Risks – how to manage Quality risks at the site, collaborate with management, sharing with global teams and drive for improvement 

  • Developing & enhancing soft skills needed for site leadership role and team management. 

  • Opportunities for personal & professional development – review together potential opportunities and drive action plans

  • Other topics as required by the organization or client
